Sr. Manager, WTP & Global Marketing Portal

 

Function/Purpose:

Global Brand Execution division has an immediate need for a talented marketer to oversee the continued development of a Global Marketing Portal (GMP), for use at the Global Brand Team level.  In this role the successful incumbent will coordinate daily portal management with teams and local markets, and will safeguard the GMP as an ultimate global communication tool. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Global Brand Execution, you will:

1.      Provide overall support, content management and troubleshooting for the Global Marketing Portal.

2.      Manage a consistent and shared brand management methodology.

3.      Collaborate with Global Brand Leaders and team to redefine and implement a revised Way To Play (WTP) process, consistent with corporate objectives and messaging.

4.      Monitor usage of the WTP portal/blue print and provide tracking metrics to marketing management.

5.      Collaborate with global users on interface, site design and content and provide bi-annual recommendations for improvement.

6.      Serve as key point person for all user issues regarding relevancy and interpretation of information.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in consumer packaged goods marketing, preferably supporting a global audience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • International experience and global perspective.

Critical Skills:

  • Compelling oral and written communication skills..
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

$110-120k + bonus
