Senior Brand Manager, Marketing

Responsibilities include:
Manage&nbsp;and direct one or more product lines from ideation to production; Includes providing direction to&nbsp;product development team in kid and retail trends, product niches and opportunities.&nbsp;Development of new product positioning, including product name, identification of features/benefits, play pattern, packaging direction etc. Establishing and tracking to strategic marketing objectives and P&amp;L/ margin goals. 
&nbsp;
Develop and execute&nbsp;strategic marketing promotions/retail events:
Including mass and specialty channel brand building tactics (POP, Events, Contests, Print and TV Advertising) and national partner promotions (e.g. Burger King, Kraft Foods)
&nbsp;
Direct product and category research program. 
Directs research team to obtain and utilize product, trend, and competitive research information
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;
Develop and direct the creative strategy. 
Including outside agencies (Advertising, PR, Promotions etc.) 
&nbsp;
Identify new product/category&nbsp;opportunities.&nbsp;
Including development of 2 year marketing plan
&nbsp;
Product and Marketing presentations to internal and external&nbsp;groups.&nbsp;
Including product presentations to buyers, agencies and shareholders. 
&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Qualifications:
&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Candidate must possess&nbsp;3-4 years of kid directed product management/marketing experience (Toy experience strongly preferred).
&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong team building, leadership and organizational skills
&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A passion for delivering great play experiences to kids
&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong written and verbal communications skills; strong analytical skills
&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to creatively apply skills and techniques to solve problems
&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Entrepreneurial minded; wants to take on new challenges
