VP Global Procurement;&nbsp; 
You will play an integral role in the development and execution of overall procurement strategies and initiatives for the company.&nbsp; 
Leading the procurement team you will explore new sourcing partners across the Asia Pacific region seeking competitive cost advantages to support existing and new product lines.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
You will analyze cost trends and work with various suppliers to drive costs down and develop industry leading processes for procurement.&nbsp;
&nbsp;As a key member of the leadership team, you will assist in moulding the culture and strategic direction of the company.&nbsp; 
Degree qualified, you will be a hands-on leader with a minimum of 10 years experience in procurement with at least 5 years in a senior management role. With a proven understanding of the toy industry, you will possess a successful track record in negotiation, strategic sourcing, global sourcing and cost management. You will be a results oriented individual who can drive process improvement initiatives, and enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of working in a rapidly growing company.&nbsp; Excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin preferred.
