Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, you will be responsible to:

• Oversee and develop all shipping and retail packaging, both from a structural as well as from a design perspective. 
• Work closely with brand management, design, quality, and manufacturing teams    at all stages of development and design.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2-5 years structural design experience in consumer packaged goods
• Experience designing and developing packaging with off shore manufacturers
• Experience with corrugated, paperboard, and blister packaging.
• Ability to think outside the box in a high pressure, high volume environment
• Strong ability to critique and make recommendations for improvement
