VP Global Procurement; 

You will play an integral role in the development and execution of overall procurement strategies and initiatives for the company. 

Leading the procurement team you will explore new sourcing partners across the Asia Pacific region seeking competitive cost advantages to support existing and new product lines.  

You will analyze cost trends and work with various suppliers to drive costs down and develop industry leading processes for procurement. 

 As a key member of the leadership team, you will assist in moulding the culture and strategic direction of the company. 

Degree qualified, you will be a hands-on leader with a minimum of 10 years experience in procurement with at least 5 years in a senior management role. With a proven understanding of the toy industry, you will possess a successful track record in negotiation, strategic sourcing, global sourcing and cost management. You will be a results oriented individual who can drive process improvement initiatives, and enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of working in a rapidly growing company.  Excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin preferred.
